Everybody ain’t like me. I know this. It was hard to understand at first, but I know it now. I’m built different. I operate on a different set of terms. I dream DIFFERENT.

Most people will not relate to you when you aim to reach levels they could never fathom seeing in two lifetimes. Some even become offended.

You want to live a different life? You have to dream dreams that others do not dream. You have to move in a way that others do not. You have to take risks that most people will never take.

I never expect people to understand me. I stopped expecting that a long time ago. I’ve been in that euphoric dream state too many times before.. You know.. When you’re having  a great conversation with someone, and you share the same ideas and beliefs. Then you realize that they dream big just like you. But then you wonder, “are they a doer like me as well?”. Most people can talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Don’t wait around for dreamers. Work with doers. People that see things then go obtain it.

I don’t listen to people that say “I’m trying to get like you”. I align myself with people whose actions match mine. It is imperative that I surround myself with people that I can trust to keep the dream alive, and will do everything in their power to make sure they do their part along the way.

Dream different. Stay away from people that meet you with questions instead of encouragement when you tell them what you want to do in life. Stay away from those that want to push you away from YOUR dreams so that you align more with THEIR dreams. 

It’s not enough to just have a dream. You have to feed that dream. Daily. Just like you need food and water to survive, your dreams need action and love to grow and come into fruition.
